By using Cynch Reviews you accept these terms, the Reviews Policy, and the Privacy Notice. If you disagree, do not use the platform.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your credentials secure. Business-owner accounts require ownership verification.
Your content
You keep ownership of the reviews you post and grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute them on the platform and in widgets. You must have the right to post what you submit.
Acceptable use
No illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or spam content, and no attempts to manipulate ratings (fake, incentivized, or self-reviews). Abuse may lead to account suspension.
Intellectual property
The Cynch Reviews brand, design, and software belong to Cynch. You may not copy or use them without permission, except for the widget we provide to embed reviews.
Liability
Reviews reflect their authors' opinions, not Cynch. The service is provided "as is"; to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on third-party content.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will publish the current version and, for material changes, notify you.
